PW1500 Micro Paver

The PW1500 Micro Paver is ideally suited to today's demanding utilities industry. Its small size and minimal turning circle enables the machine to deliver consistency of finish and compaction in areas where only hand lay has been possible before. Great for reinstating trenches, straddling the smaller widths and actually driving inside the wider ones. The screed extends from 800mm to 1300mm and with mechanical extensions will reach 1650mm. Patching footpaths and repairs to existing work, no problem.

Click on the image above to see a recent recording of PW1500 laying 60mm of binding course at 1275mm wide. On this job the machine achieved up to 200 tonnes a day.

Recent applications for PW1500 include laying footpaths to a very high standard of finish, reinstating trenches to hide electric cables in sensitive scenic environments and working between the rails of Edinburghs new tram system.
