Cleaning installation

Computer control

- automatically controlled pneumatic valves for emulsion circuit
- computer control ensures the maintaining of constant pressure of spraying emulsion, even by changing speed, or spraying width
- operation of all the functions is controlled by the computer (SPS Siemens) with touch screen panel
- computer program ensures additionally: counting of the sprayed surface, counting of the job distance, additional regulation +/- without changing the basic set up
- digital indicators show: set-up quantity of spraying in kg/m2, switched on nozzles, working width, amount of emulsion in the tank, working speed (will be used also as a speedometer by slow drive), instantaneous pressure of spraying, temperature of emulsion, temperature during circulation and more
