Intended Use
- Filling expansion gaps
- Filling edges of road surfaces
- Creating “seams” between strips of bituminous masses
- Repair of cracks in hardened road surfaces
- Sealing the edges of road integrated components
Operating principle
- Sealing compound is loaded into the tank via an
ergonomic and safe top hatch. - The mass tank has a coat of thermal oil; the mass is
heated indirectly and digested into the working form
without the risk of overheating or burning. - When the mass is heated, the manual lance with a hose
is also heated up to working temperature – by means
of an electric automatic heating system. - Heated sealing compound is fed to a gap by a hand lance;
the machine is equipped with its own pump - Amount of mass flowing out of the lance is smoothly
adjusted with a valve
