History of Strassmayr

Strassmayr z o.o. is the manufacturer of machines for the construction and renovation of road surfaces. The company is the only owner of the rights to the Strassmayr brand and to the production of Strassmayr machines.

The Strassmayr brand is more than 80 years old and comes from Austria. In 2011, the Polish company bought the rights to manufacture machines and the right to the Strassmayr brand. Since then, the management and production of machines has been based in Poland. Strassmayr is currently operating as a limited liability company - Strassmayr z o.o. with headquarters in Wysogotowo, Poland. Company employs approximately 70 employees, generating an annual turnover of EUR 6,800,000.00 (for 2020). The Management Board is composed of one person and the President of the Management Board is Mr. Ryszard Sowa, with over 25 years of experience in selling machinery for road industry.
